How do I open a trade account?
Strictly UK Trade Customers Only.
International overseas customers please email us directly for all enquiries.
Is there a minimum order value?
Do you offer discount for bulk orders?
Yes we can offer a discount for customers wishing to order in bulk. Please contact us with your requirements and we can quote you.
How do I order from you?
Our discounted wholesale stock can be purchased on our TRADE ONLY web shop in case quantities and our bulk pallet deal offers & residual clearance stock lots are available through email and WhatsApp alerts for customer who are registered with us.
Do you have a price list?
Yes you can download a price list once you have logged into your account on our website. On computers you will find the download button towards the top right of the screen, on mobile phones you will find the download button within the hidden right hand side menu which you simply press on to pop out
Do you deliver?
Yes we offer fast dispatch & delivery across the UK. We can also arrange international shipping if required or overseas customers can arrange their own shipping if they prefer. Further details can be found on our delivery page HERE.
Can I collect from you?
We do not offer a collection service apart from ex-works for international clients who are arranging their own shipping company to collect from us.
Otherwise you just simply order & pay for your goods online and they are delivered to you. Further details can be found on our delivery page by clicking HERE
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, Mastercard, Visa & Maestro credit/debit cards (Bank transfer only for international customers).
Credit/Debit card payments are limited to £3,000 through our online store. For orders over this amount please contact us before placing your order.
We do not accept Amex, PayPal or any other payment methods.
Do you offer refunds/cancellations/returns?
As a B2B trade only wholesaler we do not offer refunds/cancellations/returns once an order has been placed and paid for regardless of whether the order has been dispatched or not. We work hard to ensure our pricing is competitive and due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns/refunds/cancellations.
Do you offer drop shipping?
We do not offer drop shipping.
Can you provide any documents for selling on online platforms?
We provide our own sales invoice upon a purchase being made but as a wholesaler we do not have any involvement in where customers choose to sell products so while our invoice may be enough to get some products listed, we do not make any guarantees that any sales platform will accept our invoice as an authority for listing any products.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide any other documentation so if you are an online seller please make sure that you perform any due diligence with your selling platform prior to ordering as we do not offer returns, refunds or credits on any purchases made as mentioned on this page.
Do you deliver directly to Amazon?
We can deliver directly to Amazon although a delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us prior to ordering if you want us to deliver directly to Amazon.
You can also arrange Amazons own courier to collect from us through your Amazon Seller Central account which is usually easier as Amazon then deal with the whole process for you once it has been collected.
We will supply you the parcel dimensions & weights for you to book the collection on your Amazon portal and you can then email us the outer parcel/pallet shipping labels in thermal format to be applied to the outer cartons & pallets.
Do you offer labelling services?
We do not offer any labelling services however if your order is going to Amazon then we can place your shipping labels on the outer cartons/pallets if emailed to us in thermal format. We are unable to label any inner cartons or individual products.
